About Us
Jay Adams has been working in the home building industry for over ten years. He completed a B.S. in Construction Management with a Minor in Business. He is a Licensed Contractor in both SC and TN.
He then spent several years in the Carolina's working with regional and national builders, primarily D.R. Horton.
His experience includes project management at a master planned golf course community with Lennar. He also built in the award winning Lake Carolina community, where he supervised custom homes and Charleston-style Town Homes on the Green.
Jay moved to East Tennessee to raise his kids and be closer to family.
